You’ll have a wonderful dish: We bake a range of vegetables in slow cooker. This recipe combines maximum health benefits and great taste.

Vegetables baked in its own juice. They retain useful vitamine and wonderful taste.


1. Vegetable oil

2. Potatoes

3. Carrot red

4. Salt

5. Eggplant

6. Zucchini

7. Tomato

8. Dutch cheese

9. Onions

10. Spices

Performed all the steps. So, here we go:

Step one

Carefully peeled and washed vegetables cut into circles or semi-circles. Prepare the slow cooker: grease its working surface with sunflower oil.

Step two

Gently begin to lay on the bottom of the bowl vegetables: potatoes, then onions, then grated carrots, then zucchini, peppers, eggplant, and finally tomatoes. Attention!
