Swedish salad with herring


Fillets from two fresh herrings

One onion

Three potatoes of medium size

Red beetroot — 1 PC.

Pickled small cucumbers — 2 PCs.

Country fresh sour cream — one Cup

Mustard two spoons

Homemade chicken egg — 2 PCs.

The dill — one bunch

The process of cooking

First boil the beetroot and potatoes and eggs. Parsed fillet of herring. Cube onions.

Make a salad made of boiled beetroot, potatoes with onions and cucumbers.

Herring fillet cut thin strips. Cuts eggs, finely chop the dill.

Mix all ingredients except dill and eggs. Begin to prepare filling: mix mustard with sour cream. Refill the dish and leave it to infuse for 15 minutes.

Now you can lay out on a plate and sprinkle with dill and egg.
