Meatballs in Swedish

Swedish meatballs

Catch, friends, a simple recipe of Swedish meatballs. Little time to lose, but I will eat your family!


Minced pork mixed with beef — four hundred grams

Vegetable oil — as needed

Breadcrumbs — two tbsp

Chicken egg — one

Four tablespoons of water

Pinch of white pepper

Onion — one head of average size

Teaspoon salt

Half teaspoon of sugar


1. First grind the peeled onions. Satalino mix all the above ingredients except the sunflower oil needed for frying.

2. Make small balls from the minced meat and fry in the pan, setting the stove on medium heat.
