Ingredients

7.Cabbage medium size 1 PC.

8.Dill — 1 bunch

9.Red pepper — 1 PC.

10.Garlic — 3 cloves.

11.Potatoes — 4 PCs.

12.Tomato paste — 100 g

13.Tomatoes — 3 PCs.

Cooking

Thoroughly wash the meat under running cold water.

After cooking the meat for 30-40 minutes add salt to taste and Bay leaf. Cut beets and carrots. Bring it all to a boil.

Purify and cut into small cubes the potatoes. Cut bell pepper and cabbage. Small slices, chop the tomatoes.

Fry on low heat the onion until Golden brown.

Add to the pan 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream.

Mix thoroughly all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

When cooked until tender the meat, remove it and leave to cool a little.

Remove all bones and finely chop the meat. Return shredded meat back into the boiling pot.
