Skewers of poultry


150 grams of Turkey, chicken or chicken, duck;

25 grams of onions;

4 grams of garlic;

5 grams vinegar;

10 grams herbs (parsley, celery, lovage);

Spices and salt


1. Rinse the poultry after processing, neubaum into pieces weighing 25-30 grams, mix with the onion, previously chopped, garlic chopped, herbs.

2. Sprinkle with salt, coriander, black pepper or chilli, Jeera, turmeric. Pour the wine vinegar, stir and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours in a cool place.

3. Take the marinated kebabs on skewers (skewers) and fry them on the grill with hot coals.

4. Feeding will be a barbeque along with the skewers, sprinkle on top the remaining chopped raptim onions, greens and cover again with vinegar.
