Ingredients

5-6 pieces of potatoes

Red pepper, salt

Chicken hearts — 0.5 kg

1 tsp paprika

One carrot

Vegetable oil

One tomato

2 Bay leaves

One bulb

A bunch of parsley

1/3 of the chili pepper

Preparation

1. Rinse thoroughly and dry chicken hearts. Can I remove the film and cut into halves.

2. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Sear on all sides hearts in this oil. Pour 100 ml of cold water and simmer ten minutes.

3. Add the onion and carrots, simmer for 5-7 minutes

4. Add the potatoes, previously chopped in cubes the size of hearts, tomato and chopped chili pepper. Pour another 200 ml of water, add salt, pepper and seasonings.

5. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.

6. Five minutes before removing from the stove add the chopped parsley.

7. Remove from heat and leave under the lid for another 10 minutes. Now you can apply for a festive table.
