500 grams scallops;

Ground black pepper, salt;

1.5 cups of basmati rice;

1 or 2 bulbs;

75-100 grams of fresh spinach;

1. Defrost the scallops, wash them, dry it with a paper towel, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the scallops in a bowl, pour vegetable oil, stir and place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Cleaned the rice, pour three cups of boiling water, sprinkle with salt and add 2 tbsp oil, salt. Cook the rice until the water.

3. Scallops with obzharivaem on a dry hot pan, put in a bowl and cover.

4. Fry onions until soft in vegetable oil, put the spinach and stir. Cover the pan with a tight lid, remove from heat and leave for 2-3 minutes.

5. Fork razryhlitel cooked rice and add to the pan, where roasted spinach and onion. Add, finally, the scallops, stir and simmer on low heat for 2-3 minutes
