Merry gourmets recommend a fresh recipe — roast pork and greens.


500 grams of potatoes;

Pork — 500 grams;

200 grams fresh mushrooms;

Fresh bacon — 100 grams;

2 medium carrots;

Onion — 2 bulbs;

1 head of garlic;

Taste is chili pepper;

Dill — beam;

Spices, pepper, salt

Technology of preparation:

1. Finely chop the lard and melt it in the pan, add the sliced meat and fry.

2. Put in the meat, in a frying pan with the fat fry the potatoes, then put the cauldron with the meat.

3. Repeat all the same with the mushrooms.

4. In the remaining fat fry the carrots, garlic and onions. Pour everything in a cauldron.

5. Into the pot add the spices and fill with boiling water. Put it on the stove and simmer on low heat.
