Since I love cheese products, each time a make cakes with their application. Almost every day I cook any cheese items in multivarku.

Today I offer you to try my latest creation: the pudding of the cream airy and very tender dough. I assure you, this recipe is a wonderful dessert for any foodie.


Vanilla sugar — 1 packet

Chicken eggs — 5 PCs.

Potato starch — 2 table spoons

Cottage cheese 11% fat — 0, 5 kg

Sugar- 1.5 multi-Cup

Sour cream fat content 15% — 100 g

Cook the pudding:

1. Divide the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.

2. Proteins put in a glass and put in the fridge. Mix the yolks with the vanilla, cottage cheese, sour cream and starch.
