Bake new potatoes in the oven. This dish is rich in vitamins and minerals, no side effects unlike roasted potatoes.

Ingredients:

Potatoes — 10 tubers (large take less small — more).

Garlic — 3-4 cloves.

Preparation:

Wash and clean the potatoes (if young — clean brush. Cut into slices (small leave it whole).
