Pork with mushrooms

The combination of pork with mushrooms has an amazing taste, than see for yourself by preparing this simple recipe.


Pork tenderloin — 600 grams

Mustard — one tbsp

Mushrooms — 300 grams

Grass thyme — two of stalk

Onion — two heads

Cream — 200 ml (one glass)

Capers — 1 tbsp

Sour cream — 2 tbsp

Tomato paste 1 tbsp


1. Within seven minutes, fry the mushrooms with onions in a cast iron skillet with high sides.

2. Bruskami chop meat and add to the mushrooms with the onions.

3. The entire mixture fry for ten minutes. Add the thyme leaves, mustard, capers and tomato paste. Stir, pour 100 ml of water and stew for about thirty minutes, until softened meat.

4. Add cream and sour cream,bring to the boil, taste and season for five minutes, leave to stew.

5. Now you can serve with any side dish, with rice, for example.
