Check out my new recipe. This pork tenderloin with apples. This is a dish I cook frequently, but I really like it.

Pork tenderloin with apples

Ingredients

Pork tenderloin700 g

Spices, pepper, salt

Butter 2 tbsp

Apples 2 PCs.

Onions 1 PC.

Plum 4 PCs.

Preparation:

1. Peeled plums and apples cut into small pieces and put in a baking dish, which we first greased with butter. Add the chopped onion.

Grind plums and apples

2. Sprinkle pork tenderloin with salt and spices and put it on the bow with fruit.

3. Cover with foil shape with the ingredients and put on 30-40 minutes in the oven, where the temperature is 200 degrees.

4. We take out our dish from the oven, leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. Cut pork into thin slices and serve on top of baked fruit.
