Friends, have you ever tried pork ribs in Chinese? No? Then write down the recipe.


The ribs of the young pig is one kg

Seasoning «5 spices» — half teaspoon

Soy sauce — half a Cup

Flower honey — half tablespoon

Pepper, salt — to taste your

Chopped garlic — 2 cloves

Ginger root grated two tablespoons


1. Mix soy sauce, spices, honey, ginger and garlic in a skillet. Put on medium heat and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another five minutes. Cool.

2. Can be heated to 200 degrees oven.

3. Coat the baking pan with foil, grease with oil and spread it on pork ribs.

4. Cooking grease with a brush glaze the ribs.

5. Bake ten minutes, again lubricated with glaze and bake for another five minutes. Again, cover with glaze and bake until Golden brown.
