«Peaches» from mashed potatoes and stuffing

For peaches, the main ingredient is mashed potatoes. Puree to cook is not difficult: you need to boil a few potatoes with the peel (in uniform).

Potatoes — 10 tubers
Spices — 10 g
Egg — 1 PC.
Minced meat — 200 g
Cheese — 100 g
Flour — 5 tbsp
Onion — 1 PC.


1. Boil the potatoes. Cooled and peeled. Make puree, add salt, raw egg and grated cheese. Mashed potatoes may be divided into two parts, one of them dobavlaet little paprika, the second turmeric. Mash need to get a thick consistency.

2. Formed identical balls of each part of the puree.To simulate bone ready to take the meat or the cooking of a slurry of onions. Peach consists of three parts — yellow mashed potatoes, red mashed potatoes and a ball of stuffing.

3. Potato peaches baked in the oven at 180 degrees. Pre-lubricated with beaten egg white blanks and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 20 minutes approximately.

Serve with the decorations: put peaches on lettuce leaves. In every peach you can insert sprigs of mint — to get the original sheets.
