I’m sure at 100% that you have not tried Meat in Georgia! The recipe is simple, but the taste of the dishes is excellent! Try it!


Meat-pork (or beef) — one kilogram

Lemon juice — one tbsp

Sour cream — one hundred grams

Honey — two teaspoons

Fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, Basil, dill, rosemary)


1. Cut large pieces of meat, chop greens. All the greens mix in a deep plate and sprinkle with salt. Now add pepper to taste. Mix the meat with herbs, honey and lemon juice. Placed for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Add to the mix the sour cream, stir, put on a baking sheet and in the sixty minutes bake in the oven (200 degrees).
