Today we will prepare a new dish. It’s a Casserole with meat and an egg cream.

Ingredients

Ground pork or any other 400 g

1 bunch of dill

One carrot

Chicken broth 1 Cup

Soy sauce 3 tsp.

Chicken egg 4 pieces

3 tbsp chopped green onions

Pepper, salt

3 tsp. starch

Garlic 3-4 cloves

Preparation

1. Add to prepared stuffing salt, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, starch, carrots, grated, onion, finely chopped. Mix all the ingredients.

2. Put the mixture in a baking dish and flatten.

3. For preparation of egg cream beat eggs, add chopped onion, salt, dill, broth and oil. Pour this mixture all over the meat.

4. Place in oven, rasporedu to 180-190 degrees. Bake half an hour.

5. During roasting first, the cream will rise, then settle slightly. This is normal.
