Cheese sausage quality 4 PCs.
Buns for hot dogs 4 PCs.
Choucroute cabbage 2 cups


Small pieces of bacon 110 g
Bouquet Garni (description below)
Onions cut into rings 1 Cup
Riesling wine 1 Cup+1/3 Cup
Sauerkraut 2 cups

Bouquet Garni:

The star anise 1 PC.
1 juniper berry
Coriander seeds 1 tsp.
Bay leaf 1 PC.

Cinnamon 1 stick
