As a quick and tasty fried chicken

Will need the following ingredients:

Chicken thighs — 600-700 grams;

Olive oil — one tablespoon;

A mixture of Provencal herbs — one tablespoon;

Fresh lemon juice, one spoon of Stella;

Balsamic vinegar — 1 tbsp

Salt, ground black pepper

Technology:

1. First prepare the marinade of herbs, vinegar, oil and lemon juice.Wash the chicken, coat the slices with the marinade, leave to marinovatsya for 3-4 hours (can be longer).

2. Put on a high heat in the frying pan, add the vegetable oil, we salt the meat and fry over maximum flame.

3. You can now add the remaining (stecchi) marinade. When frying the chicken will be splashing much oil to not burn cover the pan with a lid.

4. On high heat fry the carcass on each side for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with pepper, turn down the gas a little fire and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes on each side.

5. Reduce the flame to a minimum,overturn fry until cooked for another ten minutes.
