Fishballs in soy-tomato sauce

Ingredients

Tilapia fillets (other fish) — 500 g

White baton dial with remote Korchnoi — 50-60 g

Fat fresh pork — 60-80 g

Parsley — 4-6 sprigs

Coriander — 2-3 pinches

Oregano — one teaspoon (two spices, you can substitute ready-made seasoning for fish)

Pepper mix (or just black), salt

Any vegetable oil — 3 tablespoons

For the sauce

Onion large — 1 PC.

Medium fresh tomatoes — 2 PCs.

Tomato paste — 2 tbsp

Soy sauce — 3-4 tbsp

Italian herbs — 1 teaspoon

Sugar — 1 tsp

Pepper, salt

Water — 350-450 ml

Vegetable oil — 2-3 tbsp

Cooking

1. While the rice is cooking, work with fish. Wash it and squeeze the water using paper towels. Fat and fish cut into small pieces, Add the pieces of sausage, garlic and chopped parsley.

2. As finely as possible shinkuem onion. Grains onions give the meatballs a maximum juiciness and taste.

3. Together with greens and bread the fish mince with shallow bars. The mass becomes thick, so add a little water or milk, marjoram, coriander, pepper, salt, boiled rice and chopped onion. Mix until smooth. Put in the fridge.

4. Chop onion into cubes, cut the tomatoes. Parboil the onions for 5-6 minutes over medium heat, add the tomatoes and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Put soy sauce, tomato paste and sugar. Then the Italian herbs and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Pour water, sprinkle pepper and leave to boil for a few minutes.

5. Now divide the meat into equal portions — 45-50 g, be sure to grease the hands of vegetable oil. Form meatballs in diameter 35-40 mm.

6. In another pan raskachaem oil on strong fire, reduce the heat to medium and quickly (about 1 minute) fry on both sides meatballs.

7. Put the meatballs in the prepared sauce, cover with a lid and simmer 15-20 minutes on low heat.
