Fish in Thai marinade

I recommend to try this fish in an informal setting: in the family. You don’t want anyone to be embarrassed when you need to deal with the skin, spine and fish bones.

Fish in Thai marinade

The greatest pleasure you will receive in the nature, sitting with a piece of delicious fish and drinking white wine.


Fish — 2 pieces, 300 g (rock bass, bream, sea bass)

Butter (to grease)

Cilantro — small bunch


The fresh ginger root — 3 cm

Vegetable oil — 1-2 tbsp

Garlic — 1 clove

Lime juice — 1 teaspoon

Onions shallots — 3 medium

Fish sauce — 1 tsp

Chili pepper — 1 PC.

Chili sauce — 1 tsp

Soy sauce — 1 tsp

Cooking step by step:

1. Purified from the scales and guts the fish, wash out and wipe it dry. Placed in bruckl fish sprigs of cilantro.

2. Clean and chop the onion for the marinade. Add the ginger, chili and garlic, put in food processor or blender. Add the remaining marinade ingredients and grind until you get a homogeneous mixture.

3. Fill our fish with the marinade, cover the bowl with a lid and put in the fridge for 8-10 hours.

4. Take out fish from marinade, obsesive, spread on a preheated and oiled grill. Bake on the grill with a powerful coals until fully cooked. The baking time will be about 15 minutes, do not forget to periodically lubricate the fish with the marinade.

5. Fish can also be prepared in the oven, pre-heated to 200 degrees. Need to bake on a lined with foil for about 20 minutes.
