Chicken, marinated in lemon juice and soy sauce


Poultry chicken breast (can use thighs) — 1 kg

The juice obtained from half a medium lemon

Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons

Dijon mustard

Paprika and salt (spices) to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Start cooking

1. First, my running water chicken breast, obsesive quickly in the oven, sprinkle with salt and paprika, place in a deep bowl.

2. Mix lemon juice with soy sauce and you’ve got a marinade, which is poured on top of chicken Breasts. Cover tightly with a plate and put a small load on top.

3. The chicken we marinate two hours if waiting for guests, but it is better to leave on all night and in the morning to start cooking.

4. Spread on a baking sheet marinated chicken, top grease with vegetable oil, using a clean dry brush.

5. Now bake the chicken in the oven for 40 minutes with a temperature of 200 degrees.

6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool a little and the dish is served on a festively decorated table.

    Aw, this was a really nice post. In idea I would like to put in writing like this additionally – taking time and actual effort to make a very good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and by no means seem to get something
