Cooking quick and tasty chicken fingers from beef

Ingredients:

Minced chicken;

Onions;

Vegetable oil;

Garlic;

Flour (for breading);

Crumbs of bread;

Juice and zest of one half lemon;

Spices, salt, pepper;

Fresh Basil.

Technology:

1. Cut onion into possible smaller.

2. Add to the minced finely chopped Basil, onion, juice and zest of lemon, garlic, pepper, salt and bread crumbs. Mix up everything.

3. Wets hands with water and roll out sausages. Coat each sausage in the flour and begin to fry on all sides.

4. When finished frying, lay out the sausages on a paper towel which will absorb excess fat.

5. Serve with tomato paste or sauce.
