I hope my new recipe: chicken baked with eggplant, you will like it. The combination of chicken with eggplant give the dish a special aroma and taste.

Two chicken legs;

Two eggplants of medium size;

Three cloves of garlic;

Two tomatoes;

5-6 large mushrooms;

Vegetable (preferably olive) oil;

Spices, pepper, salt.


1. Marinade for chicken, dobavlyaya spices, salt, red and black pepper. Good idea to coat the legs with mayonnaise.

2. Chop the eggplant slices, place them in cold and very salty water for 25 minutes. The eggplant has time to proselytise and from them will go bitter.

3. Cut into rings tomatoes (but not too thin), sprinkle with salt and add chopped garlic. For meals will only use the mushrooms, cut them in slices.

4. Put the chicken in the center of the brazier, and around it lay the sliced mushrooms, eggplant and tomatoes. On top pour olive or sunflower oil.

5. Filled with ingredients of the pan, then put it into the preheated oven and bake until tender, about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
