Herring can be eaten in every one. Today, however, you will see a new recipe for herring. My girlfriends love this dish.

Carpaccio of roasted beets with herring

Ingredients:

2 herring

Bunch of greens

1 beet

1 tsp sugar

1 green Apple

30 g of olive oil

30 g wine vinegar

Preparation:

1. Wrap the cleaned beets in foil and Ispica in the oven until cooked. When cool cut into thin slices.

2. Also thin slices cut into the Apple, removing the seeds and put in a mixture of oil, vinegar and sugar. Give it brew for 30 minutes.

3. Serve as follows. First spread the beets and apples, then thinly sliced herring. Decorate the village.
