Blueberry pie

How to make blueberry pie


Fresh blueberries — 1.5 cups

Flour — 2 cups + 1 tbsp

Whole milk — half a Cup

Yogurt — half a Cup

Large chicken egg — 1 PC.

Vegetable oil (any) — 3 tablespoons

Baking powder — 3 tsp

Salt — one half teaspoon

Butter (to grease the pan)


Brown sugar — 2 tbsp

Ground cinnamon — a quarter teaspoon

Almond petals = 2 tbsp


1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix in large bowl the egg, yogurt, vegetable oil and milk.

2. In another bowl sift the baking powder and two cups of flour, add salt and sugar and mix everything together. Combine the flour mixture with the milk and quickly stir to wet dry ingredients.

3. One-third of a Cup of blueberries some sleep, the rest of the berries mixed with 1 tbsp flour and add the mixture to the dough.

4. Take round diamtr 22 cm, lubricated with oil and put in her dough. Top even it with a spatula and sprinkle with remaining blueberries.

5. Now mix the cinnamon, brown sugar and almond petals, sprinkle on top of pie.

6. Put the pan with a pie in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, check the readiness of the splinter. Let cool cake in the form directly on the grill for 15 minutes, put on a dish.
