Beef tongue — 1 PC.

Green peas

Carrot — 1 PC.

Green parsley

Cloves — 2 PCs.


1. Wash the tongue thoroughly, put in a saucepan and fill with water. Cook for 2-3 hours, take out the carrot, if it was soft.
