Buns, «Parker House«

Probably the most difficult thing in cooking oil, airy rolls is waiting when the double-rise dough. But your kitchen will be filled with a delicate aroma of yeast dough.



Milk — 1.5 cups;

Butter, cut into pieces of 120 gr.;

Half a Cup of sugar;

Active dry yeast — 1 package;

Half a Cup of warm boiled water;

Slightly beaten eggs — 3 PCs.;

Salt — 1,5 tsp.;

Flour — 6 glasses.


1. Boil the milk in a small saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat, add the sugar and butter, waiting to be spoiled.

2. In warm water dissolve yeast, leave until foamy. Set the mixer nozzle to the test. Mix milk, eggs, yeast, salt and half the flour until smooth. Add the remaining flour half a Cup and mix to get the dough into a ball.

3. We shift from the bowl and knead the dough on a floured surface for about five minutes. Put the dough in a bowl greased with oil, cover with a cloth and allow dough to rise in a warm place twice. It is approximately 60-70 minutes.

4. On a floured Board crumple the dough and form buns. Put them on a baking sheet, previously covered with parchment paper. Cover and wait 30-40 minutes.

5. Razgorelas the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes until Golden brown rolls. Before serving on a festive table slush melted.
